Kae Serinuma (Miu Tomita) is a chubby female high school student. She is a fujoshi, who enjoys reading about romance between men. One day, her favorite animation character dies and she falls into shock. Kae Serinuma is unable to eat for a week and she ends up losing a lot of weight. The end result is that Kae Serinuma (Nonoka Yamaguchi) suddenly becomes popular at school. Four pretty male students fall for Kae Serinuma. The four boys are Asuma Mutsumi (Hokuto Yoshino), Yusuke Igarashi (Fuju Kamio), Nozomu Nanashima (Asahi Ito) and Hayato Shinomiya (So Okuno).
