Das 50-jährige Bestehen der Capitol-Versicherung muss gefeiert werden, dachten sich die Chefs, und luden alle Mitarbeiter in ein Hotel ein. Doch das Gerücht geht um, der Firma ginge es nicht sonderlich gut. Um der Arbeitslosigkeit im Falle der Filialschließung zu entkommen, bliebe nur noch der Wechsel zum Hauptsitz. Das ist natürlich DIE Aufgabe für Stromberg, der auf der Feier pausenlos versucht, den Vorzeigeabteilungsleiter herauszukehren und seine Mitarbeiter hinter sich zu bringen. Dass dieses Vorhaben in absolutem Chaos endet, ist abzusehen.
The 50th anniversary of Capitol Insurance needs to be celebrated, thought the bosses, and invited all the employees to a hotel. But rumour has it that the company is not doing very well. The only way to escape unemployment in the event of a branch closure would be to move to the head office. This is, of course, THE task for Stromberg, who tries non-stop at the party to be the model department head and get his employees behind him.
