とある病院に勤務する女医・観月。彼女はSDX（ウィルス性・性不感疾患症）に感染した女子高生・愛美の治療に没頭していた。観月は調査を進めて行くうちに、SDXは人工的に作られたものだと知る。だがその瞬間、観月の意識が遠のいていく…。目を覚ますと、そこは深夜の診察室。観月と共に、愛美、ナース・理沙、全身包帯の女・未来が集められていた。そこに現れたのは、院長のDr．中松。彼は秘密を知り過ぎた観月を始末するため、治療データと引き換えに勝負の場へと誘う。その勝負とは、医療法で禁止された“脱衣麻雀臨床実験”だった…。
