Romance de Fieras

Una mañana, Javier Ponce, un joven abogado desempleado, está comprando el periódico cuando escucha un disparo en un café cercano. Entra y ve a un hombre de mediana edad con una pistola en la mano, que exige los servicios de un abogado. Javier ofrece sus servicios al hombre, que resulta ser el adinerado empresario Don Carlos Narváez y asegura haberle disparado a su mejor amigo, pero no explica sus motivaciones y quiere evitar más investigaciones. Pronto, Ricardo, el hijo de Don Carlos, interviene y se comporta de manera muy arrogante con Javier. El joven abogado consigue que Don Carlos sea absuelto, y él a su vez convierte a Javier en su administrador, para disgusto de Ricardo. Tiempo después, Javier descubre una casa solitaria donde una mujer extraña toca el piano y comienza a obsesionarse con ella.

One morning, Javier Ponce, a young unemployed lawyer, is buying the newspaper when he hears a gunshot in a cafe nearby. He enters and sees a middle-aged man with a gun in his hand, who demands the services of a lawyer. Javier offers his services to the man, who turns out to be wealthy businessman Don Carlos Narváez and claims just having shot his best friend, yet he won't explain his motivations and wants to avoid any further investigations. Soon, Don Carlos' son Ricardo steps in, and behaves very arrogantly to Javier. The young lawyer gets Don Carlos absolved, and he in turn makes Javier his administrator, much to Ricardo's disgust. Some time later, Javier discovers a lonely house where a strange woman plays the piano, and starts getting obsessed with her.
