The criminal investigator Sergej Voronin, is literally in love with his work. He has organized a club of young friends of the police, where they play sports and communicate, but he is worried about the boys who have fallen under the influence of high school student Nikolai Bojko, who is engaged in a robbery. His mother is too busy with journalism to change her son. Not even teachers can do anything about it. And suddenly Nikolai wounded a girl with a knife.
