Antonio (32) tiene que volver a Écija, una ciudad en el interior de Andalucía, después de mucho tiempo. Es Semana Santa. Allí se reencuentra con su familia y con su hermano mellizo Javier que tiene una discapacidad física y necesita su ayuda. Antonio tendrá que manejar esta situación y enfrentase a una difícil decisión: quedarse y ayudar a los suyos o volver a la vida que ha construido fuera.
