Il siciliano Calogero, trapiantato in Friuli come testimone di mafia sotto protezione, crede di essere nel mirino dell'omicida che ha inchiodato. Gli equivoci hanno inizio.

Calogero is in the witness protection program after having witnessed a mafia murder in Sicily. With a new identity, he is sent to Sauris, a tiny village nestled in the Italian Alps - but snow and weird Schuhplattler folk dances do not fit him. However, he soon finds out the killer he had reported started a new life there too. Misunderstandings will lead to friendship - and even more.
