Martha, a disturbed older woman, goes to wicked lengths to try and replace the child she accidentally killed (and the only love she has ever known) by plotting against Cindy - a young, naive, and very pregnant mother of two. By the time Cindy realizes that she has been duped, she and her soon-to-be-born baby are in grave danger. Cindy will have to rally all her physical strength - and rely on her fierce maternal and survival instincts - to stop Martha, a woman willing to commit murder to simply feel love again.
