Part One: 동성애자가 된 성전환자. 남자의 몸으로 태어난 테렌스는 여성의 영혼을 갖고 있다. 커밍아웃을 한 후 테렌스는 여자친구에게 이별을 고하고 여성처럼 행동하기 시작한다. 그 후 그녀(테렌스)는 성별을 초월한 사랑을 찾기 시작한다. 실제 성전환 수술을 한 여성이 배우로 출연한 작품. Part Two: 홍콩에서 발생한 사건을 바탕으로 한 작품. ‘Sin World’는 홍콩에서 발생했던 끔찍한 사건을 바탕으로 만든 이야기이다. 질풍노도의 시기를 겪고 있는 한 청소년이 엄마와 동생을 구원하기로 결정한다. 바로 살인을 통해서…. 섬칫하게도 살인을 저지르고도 후회 없다는듯 침착한 얼굴로 세상에는 죄인이 너무도 많다고 말을 한다. Part Three: 한 소녀가 납치를 당했다. 납치범은 바로 짐승 흉내 내기를 좋아하는 남자. 범인은 소녀를 창고에 가둬두고 강간과 고문을 일삼는다. 소녀는 점점 미쳐가며 잠재의식마저 점점 깊게 망가진 나머지 현실에서 도망칠 수 조차 없다. 감독은 인간의 행동은 굉장히 가식적이며 오직 잠재의식만이 벌거벗은 몸뚱이처럼 실제 자아를 반영한다고 생각한다. 감독은 이러한 생각을 고속도로에서 벌거벗은 소녀가 뛰어다니는 장면을 통해 강조했다.

Then she begins searching for love that transcends the borders between male & female. Sin World. A story based on a terrifying true event in Hong Kong. An adolescent decided to save his mother and sister, by killing them. Surprisingly, the murderer was unexpectedly calm with no regrets, and claimed that the world has too many sinners. CRY2.
