A Holocaust surviving grandfather tells his grandson, 'I may die soon. But if in the morning you are the dead one, will you be happy with the way you have led your life?' The grandson's subsequent journey through Darfur and the Third World selfishly seeks an answer to his Grandfather's echoing call, until he is unexpectedly confronted by a global social issue; and a decision to either ignore or acknowledge forces the path of his journey to take an unexpected turn.
