『海辺の生と死』（うみべのせいとし）は2017年7月29日に公開された日本の映画。太平洋戦争末期の奄美群島・加計呂麻島で出会った島尾ミホ・島尾敏雄夫妻をモデルにしている[2]。作品名は島尾ミホの同名小説から取られており、島尾敏雄の『島の果て』なども原作とされている[2]。監督は越川道夫、満島ひかりは4年ぶりの単独主演となった[3][4]。キャッチコピーには「ついていけないでしょうか たとえこの身がこわれても 取り乱したりいたしません」の文章が用いられた

태평양 전쟁의 끝이 가까운 1945 년.
아마미 군도의 가케로마 섬의 작은 마을에 해군 특공정부대를 이끄는 사쿠 대장이 부임해 온다.
섬의 아이들에게 존경받고 동료와 술을 마시는 것보다 현지에 녹아드려 하는 사쿠에게 국민학교 교사 토에(만도 히카리)는 어느덧 끌리게 된다.
마침내 출격 명령을 기다리던 사쿠와 토에는 서로의 마음을 확인하게 되고 내일도 알 수 없는 속에서 격렬한 사랑에 빠진다.
