伝説の超人たちの戦いから数十年。今日は、新世代（ニュージェネレーション）の超人たちが地球にやって来て最初のファン感謝デーだ。ところが、そこへキン肉万太郎を抹殺すべく謎の超人、ザ・犀暴愚が乱入。その迫力に恐れをなして逃げ出した万太郎は、しかし仲間たちを傷つけ、万太郎のセコンドを務めるミートを人質に連れ去ったザ・犀暴愚に怒りを爆発させると、彼が待つ東京タワーの特設会場へ向かい激闘を開始。苦戦を強いられるも新世代の友情パワーで、見事、ザ・犀暴愚をリングに沈めることに成功する。
