一头野狼犬在村中肆虐, 连害数命, 探长雷达与第五号探员手调查, 发现案中有案. 疗养院院长丘方人勾结黑帮首领乔一甫贩毒, 因一次失手欠下甫巨债, 被甫苦缠不休. 甫假扮园丁混入丘家监视丘, 却恋上其小姨顾美芝, 后更为救芝被狼犬咬伤, 容颜尽毁. 丘不堪甫逼债, 佯装被狼犬咬死, 暗中对付甫. 达追踪狼犬到甫的毒窟, 发现丘未死, 甫于此时到来寻仇, 与丘正面交锋, 一场恶斗下, 二人与狼犬同归尽。
