Comedy of mishaps with an American theme. When the clumsy Jafar is nearly run over by the cowboy hat-wearing Joe, a friendship develops that puts ideas into Jafar's head. Jafar loves America just as much as Joe does, and Joe soon starts encouraging him to move there. It's not a popular idea with his wife and family though, and it has some unexpected consequences for Jafar himself. Entertaining fun ensues as Jafar unwittingly gets himself into a bit of American-style trouble, only to extricate himself from it with comical inelegance.
