尖东老泥妹之四大天后讲述的是：鱼蛋妹是女童党的大姐，为人好胜，占有欲强。成员中，阿绿严重暴力倾向，为情为义不惜动武力，多嗲波有自杀倾向，自暴自弃。吱喳意志力薄弱，她们喜欢逃学、一起咳药，藉此麻木自己，逃避现实。鱼蛋妹心仪姑爷仔Water，当听到追求邻校校花Ann时，炉火中烧，要教训Ann。阿绿、吱喳、多嗲波义不容辞跟着前往，四女直闯邻校，找到Ann，不由分说将其围欧一顿，绿更是出手狠辣，毫不留情。她们四人都厌恶家庭，只喜欢四人聚在一起，若受到不公平对待，便有仇必报……
Four girls are bullying everybody around them - other girls, teachers, even policemen. They've just found a new target, their beautiful schoolmate. They beat her up, force her to lick their shoes and seduce her boyfriend. They are not aware though, that their latest victim is not as weak as she seems and the girl and her boyfriend have a plan of what to do with girls gang.
