前往日本當AV女優的麗絲愛愛（夏于喬飾演）與小紅莓（吳映潔飾演），因為不幸遇到「AV界的寒冬」，沒錢賺的兩人只好認命回台灣，陰錯陽差之下加入摔角俱樂部，與摔角高手（黃心娣飾演）不打不相識，在經歷重重考驗後三人組成「莓人愛」摔角團體，開啟三人的摔角之路。
