此片为《扭计祖宗陈梦吉》的续集，故事描述曾被奇人陈梦吉（梁天饰）害得吃官司的「刁师爷」荒唐镜（张瑛饰），慑于陈的足智多谋，握手言和，携手合作；期间一古董商人邀陈为其施计，夺取传说藏于名妓小蚌精（刘慧玲饰）私处的珍品翡翠「玉手指」。陈知荒乃好色贪财之徒，遂约同荒夜探小蚌精栖身的「五花寨」妓院，惟此地有包括小蚌精在内的五名以泼辣及怪癖而著名的妓女，陈与荒也就各施妙计，展开一次香艳的任务……
