A fight between smugglers causes a road accident witnessed by a man. The head of the criminal group kidnaps the witness. Captain Carlos, in charge of the case, recognizes one of the smugglers. To prevent the policeman from continuing the investigation, the head of the group kidnaps his girlfriend as well.
