Armour of God

«Азиатский ястреб» - так назвали героя Джеки в Европе. Когда он похитил в Африке ритуальный меч, то не предполагал, что это начало опасных приключений. Оказывается, что меч - часть древних доспехов Бога, и если их уничтожить, то в мире будут править силы Ужаса и Зла. Силы Зла, которые укрылись в неприступном монастыре, узнают, что у Джеки есть доступ к остальным доспехам. Они похищают девушку, которую любит Ястреб, и требуют выкупа. Понимая, что одной ловкостью ему не справиться с полчищами бандитов, Джеки добровольно становится человеком - бомбой. Но этот козырь он приберег на самый крайний случай…

Jackie, a.k.a. "Asian Hawk", is a former musician who becomes an adventurer and treasure hunter. After successfully stealing a sword from an African tribe, he has the weapon auctioned before it is won by May Bannon, the beautiful daughter of Count Bannon. He is reunited with his former bandmate Alan, who seeks his help as his girlfriend Lorelei has been kidnapped by an evil religious cult as a means of acquiring Jackie's services. The cult possesses two pieces of a legendary armour called the "Armour of God", and they intend to have Jackie bring them the three remaining armour pieces, including the sword. Jackie and Alan strike a deal with Count Bannon, who is in possession of the three armour pieces: they will borrow the armour pieces for their quest to rescue Lorelei with a promise to complete the armour for the Count, on the condition that May accompanies them.

Vilões sequestram a ex-namorada de Jackie e atual namorada do seu amigo cantor, que não hesita em pedir sua ajuda para resgatá-la. Porém, eles devem primeiro encontrad a lendária Armadura de Deus, que torna invencível quem a usa. Jackie e o roteirista, Edward, sempre foram fãs de Steven Spielberg. Por isso fizeram essa "homenagem" ao Indiana Jones, na qual nosso ator faz Asian Hawk, um caçador de tesouros e aventuras. Na cena onde Jackie teve que pular de um muro para uma árvore, ele errou, caiu de uma altura de 3 andares, bateu com a cabeça numa pedra e quase morreu. Ficou surdo de um ouvido e teve traumatismo craniano e foram aplicadas placas de titânio em sua cabeça. Foi premiado em seu lançamento em Hong Kong, com "Melhor Fotografia" e "Melhor Cena de Ação". Um filme de ação fantástico!

Asian Hawk, un avventuriero mercenario cacciatore di tesori (con un passato come cantante della band dei "The Losers"), con la missione di recuperare la mitologica Armatura di Dio, viene affiancato dal suo compagno d'avventure Alan e dalla bellissima May, figlia del conte Banon. La setta che possiede l'armatura e la spada di Dio, ha rapito Lorelai, attuale fidanzata di Alan, nonché ex di Asian. In un castello nel cuore di una foresta slava si svolge il duello finale tra Asian e i monaci perversi della setta.
