The story takes place in an old fishing village. The sea has disappeared, the lack of water makes the living difficult. The men went away looking for a job. Amongst the children who stayed at the village, Boris and Toumbil share a deep friendship. One day, Boris' parents will move to the North for a better life, even if they must leave everything behind. But despite that, children continue to play and the abandoned ships are for them a fabulous playground.
