In a drought-stricken village, Vijay strives to bring water to his people, facing obstacles at every turn. When his money is stolen in the city, he rescues Amar, a man being attacked by goons. The two form an unlikely friendship, with Amar offering Vijay shelter. However, tension brews as Vijay discovers Amar is the very thief who robbed him.
