大阪の繁華街ミナミでバーを営む秀治は自分の出自を憎み、ヤクザの父親とは絶縁状態にあった。そんなある日、彼の父親がいる田嶋組に背を向け、ライバル組織に移籍した徳田との因縁の抗争の火ぶたが切って落とされる。次第に抗争は激しさを増し、秀治の親友や妹にまで被害が拡大していき……。
