Hey... where's Perry? Phineas Flynn and his stepbrother Ferb Fletcher spend their summer vacation embarking on grand new projects (to the chagrin of their controlling older sister, Candace), while the boys' pet, Perry the Platypus, works as a spy to defeat the latest scheme of mad scientist Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz.
"Phineas and Ferb" is an American animated television comedy series. Originally broadcast as a preview on August 17, 2007 on Disney Channel, the series follows two kindhearted suburban stepbrothers on summer vacation. Each day the boys embark on some grand new project, which annoys their controlling sister, Candace, who tries to bust them. The series follows a standard plot system; running gags occur every episode, and the B-Plot almost always features Perry the Platypus ("Agent P"), acting as a secret agent to fight an evil scientist named Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz. The two plots intersect at the end to erase all traces of the boys' project just before Candace can show it to their mother.
Genial stepbrothers Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher will host their own animated/live action talk show, originating from a Danville set complete with a fake skyline, comfy guest chairs and the boys' longtime friend, Isabella Shapiro-Garcia, as the stage manager.
To celebrate the anniversary of Perry becoming their pet, Phineas and Ferb create an enormous shuttlecock to play giant badminton. When Perry's hovercraft accidentally collides with their shuttlecock, the boys crash into Dr. Doofenshmirtz's lab and destroy his "Other-Dimension-inator", which creates portals to parallel dimensions. Intrigued, the two help Doofenshmirtz rebuild the machine. Perry arrives to stop Doofenshmirtz, but unwilling to reveal his secret identity to the boys, reverts to pet mode and is unable to stop them from helping Doofenshmirtz.
Phineas and Ferb set out across the galaxy to rescue their sister Candace, who has been abducted by aliens and has found utopia in a far-off planet, free of pesky little brothers.
