Star Trek: Hidden Frontier (HF) was a Star Trek fan film project. Although fan films have been produced for almost as long as there have been film fans, they were generally few and far between before the advent of home video. Produced on digital video, the show's sets are almost completely virtual, using a green-screen chroma keyed process to place performers into virtual settings. The series is set during the era of the Star Trek: The Next Generation series. Episodes revolve around the starship USS Excelsior, and its home base, Deep Space 12, which is located in the Briar Patch, a region of space introduced in the film Star Trek: Insurrection.
Starship Exeter is set within the continuity of the original Star Trek series, and features the new crew of a sister-ship to the famous USS Enterprise, the titular USS Exeter, NCC-1706, whose previous crew were exterminated in the Star Trek episode "The Omega Glory".
The continuing voyages of Captain Kirk and the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise, NCC-1701 as seen in the 1966-69 television series, Star Trek. The series was cancelled after its third season. We are restarting the series as if it were in its fourth year. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCRs3f5cMsPpoV2LGKihpBg https://vimeo.com/startreknewvoyages

Over 300 years have passed since the historic groundbreaking of the Warp 5 research and development facility on Earth, where the legendary Zefram Cochran gave his commemorative speech, which ignites the vision of multiple generations, "Imagine it. Thousands of inhabited planets at our fingertips... and we'll be able to explore those strange new worlds... and seek out new life and new civilizations... go boldly... where no man has gone before." Today, when much of the Federation finds itself recovering from internal strife and external conflict, there are those who still embody the rugged individualism of the early explorers. There are those who still understand the founding purposes and strive to fulfill the vision of Starfleet. There are those who are still out there ...forging a new frontier.
A spin-off from the Hidden Frontier team with its first episode Illiad launched in September 2007. It is the story of the USS Odyssey, a Federation ship which has become trapped in the distant Andromeda Galaxy. With Odyssey's Captain and First Officer dead, along with most of the command staff, Lt. Commander Ro Nevin is forced to take command in order to get the remaining crew home.
The year is 2306… Twelve years have passed since Captain James Kirk was swept away by the Nexus while saving the crew of the Enterprise-B. Sadly, one year later, Captain Montgomery Scott was reported missing along with the passengers and crew of the USS Jenolen, and to this day has not been found. The remaining crewmembers of the USS Enterprise have gone their separate ways. Captain Spock and Doctor McCoy have spent the last several years on Khitomer, continuing their work to establish peace between the Federation and the Klingon Empire, though it is wondered if they will ever establish peace between themselves. Captain Hikaru Sulu and his Excelsior crew are on an extended mission beyond the outer reaches of the Alpha Quadrant. Captain Pavel Chekov, although serving a high post in Starfleet Security, feels his career has stalled, leaving him to thoughts of retirement. Captain Nyota Uhura has been serving as Director of Starfleet Linguistics, a post she finds extremely interesting, though she feels there may be something missing in her life. Now, forty years after their first mission, Chekov and Uhura, along with John Harriman, former Captain of the Enterprise-B, come together for the dedication of a very special ship. However, their reunion is cut short when they receive a distress call from an all-too-familiar planet, where they meet up with an almost-forgotten face, and in an instant something happens, or rather, doesn't happen, that presses the three friends to embark on a mission that will forever change their lives… The adventure is just beginning...
A second spinoff of Hidden Frontier and a sister series of Odyssey. It is began in December 2007 with its first episode, Sanctuary Lost. The story follows the adventures of the USS Helena which was introduced in Hidden Frontier and is set approximately six months after the first episode of Odyssey.

Axanar takes place 21 years before the events of “Where no Man Has Gone Before”, the first Kirk episode of the original Star Trek. Axanar is the story of Garth of Izar, the legendary Starfleet captain who is Captain Kirk’s hero. We met Garth in the third season TOS episode Whom Gods Destroy. Kirk called Garth the role model for all future Starfleet Officers. Garth charted more planets than any other Captain and was the hero of the Battle of Axanar, the story of which is required reading at the academy. This is that story. Axanar tells the story of Garth and his crew during the Four Years War, the war with the Klingon Empire that almost tore the Federation apart. Garth’s victory at Axanar solidified the Federation and allowed it to become the entity we know in Kirk’s time. It is the year 2245 and the war with the Klingons ends here.
