A couple decides to sell a cellar in the building where they live. A man introduces himself, banal, ordinary. He buys the cellar. Two weeks later, the man moved there. The couple decide to cancel the sale, but the man refuses to leave. Things quickly escalate when the denialist beliefs of the man are discovered by the inhabitants of the building, and spill insidiously from the cellar ...
