原因不明のフォトウイルスが街に出現。光源の確認とジスプロシウム島の探索のため、SRCのアイズチームの面々は、怪獣愛に溢れた予備パイロット、春野武蔵と出会う。その時、怪物リトリアスの体内に光ウイルスが侵入し、フォースが暴走しようとしていたが、その危機にムサシが決意して超人ガウスが帰還した。
