L’animateur Jonathan Roberge et ses invités (dont Bob le Chef, Daniel Vézina, Janette Bertrand, Louis-François Marcotte et Sœur Angèle) prennent plaisir à revisiter l’histoire culinaire et gastronomique du Québec. Grâce à des archives saisissantes, on fouille notre héritage culinaire, du temps de nos grands-mères jusqu’à aujourd’hui, en passant par l’Expo 67 et la fondation de l’Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec, pour se rappeler des petits et grands moments qui ont transformé nos goûts et nos mœurs à travers les époques.
