LeDouche apprend une prophétie de sa mère, l'Oracle. Selon la prophétie, un Élu mettra bientôt fin au règne tyrannique de LeDouche. Mais alors que l'Élu est sur le point de mourir, 25 % de son brillant cerveau est transféré dans le corps d'un Lapin Crétin, et notre héros Ken est créé. Avec l'aide de la reine Maya, Ken va tenter de sauver les Lapins Crétins et l'univers.
