現代を生きる罪なき６人の主人公たちの人生。しかし、気が付くと、それぞれの物語にはある“男”（香川照之）が紛れ込んでいる。そして、それぞれの人生には無慈悲にも“災い”が訪れる。“男”は何者なのか？“災い”とは何なのか？いつ、誰に“災い”が降りかかるのか…。多くの謎が鑑賞者の心理を揺さぶり、“男”の存在がこれまでにない恐怖をもたらす。
