The Power Half Hour fitness program utilizes a training concept known as "Power Shaping." Power Shaping is a training technique that incorporates both cardiovascular training and strength training into each of the exercises. To this end, the Power Half Hour fitness program is designed to promote improvements in cardiovascular endurance, increases in lean muscle tissue and strength, and reductions in excess body weight, with the end result being a body that is visibly toned and highly sculpted.
