Japanese TV drama about a successful uptown business woman who screws up and is sent to work at a back woods food processing plant. During her time there she discovers that she has lost her sense about what is really important to having a successful life. Being a base ball coach (kochi) to a back woods team is at the top of the list. Being an uptown business woman is not even on the list. In the end she is offered her old position back with a promotion, but she quits (take this job and shove it kind of quitting) returns to the back woods plant to live out the rest of her useful years married to the plant foreman.
