Johnny Bravo er en amerikansk, animeret tv-serie fra 1997. Seriens handling finder sted i byen Aron City. Den handler om et stort muskelbundt som er helt vild med "hotte babes" og som vil gøre alt for at få fat i dem.

Johnny Bravo ist eine Cartoonserie von Cartoon Network, die von dem gelangweilten Schönling Johnny Bravo handelt, der ständig versucht, ein Date mit einer Frau zu bekommen. Selbst wenn er es einmal schafft, geht meistens irgendetwas schief. Johnny Bravo sieht aus wie James Dean, außer dass er blonde Haare und eine Fonzie-ähnliche Frisur besitzt. Im englischen Original wurde die Hauptfigur mit einer Stimme ähnlich derer von Elvis Presley vertont. Er lebt in der fiktiven Stadt Aron City. Der Charakter Johnny Bravo tauchte erstmals in Cartoon Networks The Cartoon Cartoon Show auf.

Johnny Bravo tells the story of a biceps-bulging, karate-chopping free spirit who believes he is a gift from God to the women of the earth. Unfortunately for Johnny, everyone else sees him as a narcissistic Mama's boy with big muscles and even bigger hair. In short, he is the quintessential guy who 'just doesn't get it.' No matter what he does, or where he finds himself, he always winds up being his own worst enemy.

Johnny Bravo é conhecido pelo seu visual um tanto quanto diferente: Óculos escuros(os quais ele não retira nem para dormir) e o grande topete loiro são a sua marca registrada. E também por sua forte atração por mulheres e garotas bonitas, sempre sendo agredido, ele nunca desiste até finalmente encontrar uma namorada (o que nunca aconteceu na série). Johnny é um jovem (aparenta ter cerca de uns 20 anos), mas com um cérebro de um garoto de 6 anos, ele é pouco inteligente, mas ama muito sua mãe, Bunny Bravo, que sempre a protege. O melhor amigo de Johnny é Cacá e sua vizinha é a garota Suzy.
