It was back in September, the last day of shooting on the second season of Jeff Ltd. , the sitcom starring Jeff Seymour that was being shot in Toronto and Hamilton. Wrapped in a dressing gown after undergoing a comical massage, Seymour stood in the middle of the busy TV set talking about a series that despite its “hit” critical status desperately needs more viewers.
