Expedice Lambarene byla výprava osmi studentů a absolventů pražských vysokých škol, která ve stříbřité Tatře 138 transportovala přes pět evropských a třináct afrických zemí léčiva a zdravotnický materiál do věhlasné nemocnice dr. Alberta Schweitzera v Lambarene v Gabonu. Odstartovala 1. ledna 1968 ze Staroměstského náměstí a oblouk, který Tatra urazila za 256 dní své cesty, je dlouhý přes 35 000 km.
