In the Sarbylion Galaxy, an organization known as D.I.C.E., short for DNA Integrated Cybernetic Enterprises, helps maintain order. Patrolling the outer reaches of the galaxy is D.I.C.E. Fortress F-99. It is unique in that it is staffed exclusively by teenagers who are nonetheless capable of doing the job. With the help of armored Gild Suits and bio-mechanical transforming vehicles called Dinobreakers, D.I.C.E. are the last hope for worlds in crisis.
