For years, the Barnes' family-run barbershop has been a place where guys can get a trim while shooting the breeze about anything. So when the barbershop is sold to a large hair salon chain, prodigal son Kevin Barnes (Marques Houston) finds himself co-managing the shop and butting heads with the new owner's spoiled daughter, Tiffany (Shannon Elizabeth). With differing ideas about how to turn their shop into a success, these two new partners find themselves in a battle of the sexes. Kevin is adamant about keeping it a place where men can hang out, watch sports and have a beer¦all while getting a haircut. Tiffany wants to create an urban oasis for women and men; where they can offer massages, highlights and lattes made to order. The direction of the new business also has the current employees taking sides.
