หลังจากที่ ไลลา อาศัยอยู่บนโลกมนุษย์จนกลายเป็นที่รู้จักในฐานะฮีโร่จิ๋ว จนวันหนึ่งไลลาฝันลางบอกเหตุว่ามีปีศาจร้ายกำลังฟื้นคืนมาทำร้ายโลก กระทั่งไลลา และ แจ็ค เดินทางกลับไปยังโลกยักษ์ ก็ได้รู้ว่าฝันร้ายได้กลายเป็นจริง เมื่อจู่ ๆ อันทิกา ยักษ์ร้ายในตำนานผู้ทรงพลังกว่ายักษ์ทั้งปวงได้ปรากฏตัวขึ้น พร้อมกับเปิดศึกโจมตีใส่ไม่ยั้ง ในการต่อสู้ครั้งนี้ทำให้ พินธุรส ได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัส อาการเป็นตายเท่ากัน มีเพียง ไข่มังกร เท่านั้น ที่จะสามารถช่วยรักษาชีวิตพินธุรส และช่วยเหลือโลกยักษ์ไว้ได้ไลลาธิดายักษ์ 2
