苍云界，仙魔两道相争不断。 徐长青出身青莲剑谷，一心想当剑仙，好景不长，苍月宫第九魔将入侵青莲剑谷，徐长青爷爷牺牲，徐长青获得“青莲帝剑”的认可，与第九魔将对抗不敌。后昆仑太白剑仙秋无涯赶到，击退魔门，将徐长青和牧紫熏带至昆仑。昆仑众真人想夺青莲帝剑，被秋无涯呵止。徐长青觉醒了自己的仙灵“混沌聚灵碑”，被秋无涯收作弟子。在仙剑大比中，徐长青击败夏青候夺得头冠，获得进入昆仑禁地的资格，为了找到能够复活爷爷的不老神泉，徐长青选择踏入凶险的昆仑禁地。
