从美国临时来到日本FBI搜查官皆实广见，因过去的某个事故而失去了双眼的视力，但能利用敏锐的分析力、嗅觉、触觉来解决事件他是在FBI中被称为“LAST MAN”的最后的王牌。被指派给皆实的警察厅人才交流企划室室长护道心太朗，家中世世代代担任警察厅长官，有着绝对的正义感，也有为了抓住犯人不择手段的一面。这样的二人组成搭档，共同解决事件。

Minami Hiromi is an FBI agent visiting Japan from the US for a limited time. Minami lost his sight due to an accident in the past and he is called the "last man" in the FBI, referring him as the last trump card to end a case with his strong sense of analysis, smell, and touch. Godo Shintaro has been assigned to attend to Minami. From a family that has served as the Commissioner of the National Police Agency for generations, Godo has an extraordinary sense of justice and is willing to go any lengths to catch the criminals.
