The members of Nogizaka46 take on a variety of "trial projects" to discover new talents that are not yet known to the public. This is a variety show in which the members of the show catch the attention of people in the industry and obtain their support to get new jobs. The regular MCs are Ranze Terada, a second-generation member of Nogizaka46, and Taku Suzuki of the comedy unit Drunk Dragon. In addition, Nogizaka46 members appear in each project.
