Day 15 - Standing Balance Challenge

This flow continues on from the last one increasing the challenge with a balance flow. Balance is essential for any workout or yoga regimen so that you tone your legs, you fire up those big burner muscles and that you're also getting those stabilizer muscles, these are the muscles you want to target if you're working on agility, balance and you want to take your fitness to the next level
