Day 4 - Creating & Keeping Goals (Meditation)

In today's video you will go through some gentle movement and meditation. Most of the time when we think about weight loss, we have these visions of having to work ourselves to exhaustion to get to our goals, and that's not true. In fact working yourself to exhaustion everyday is a great way to get burnt out and to never reach your goals.
