《我的怪同學》講述橫井留美和關俊成這兩位坐在一起的同班同學，因為關總是在上課中把玩各式各樣的東西，導致想像力豐富的留美一直受到影響而無法上課，並且對關所作出的各種道具開始融入感情。至於《小留美的現象》則是描寫剛轉入私立花之丘女子高中的鬱野留美，特技是脫臼的她自第一天上課就帶著枕頭和白飯一起遲到。充滿著天然呆及怪異興趣的留美，到底會如何渡過高中的青春生活呢？
