人並みはずれた知識量と貴店で、嘘を重ね、情報戦を戦い、真実のカタチを都合良くねじ曲げていく人々。ほんの一握りの権力者のみが知る、この一族は「カサネ」と呼ばれていた。2015年。一族の末裔である双子の兄妹・幸一太郎、花弥生は、東京近郊で密かに活動していた。2人は、次々と持ち込まれる依頼者のトラブルを人並み外れた知識量と機転で美しい話 にすり替えていく。
