Основная составляющая сериала — политическая сатира. Актёры пародируют самых известных украинских политиков — Виктора Януковича, Виктора Ющенко, Юлию Тимошенко и других. Впрочем, имена персонажей несколько изменены — например, Ющенко называют Андреем Викторовичем, а Тимошенко — Джулией.
